I’m sorry, but this is really unacceptable. I’m on a 1GB connection, and I’m getting around 30mbps out of a possible 1000mbps. On top of that, it continually ramps up to 30, then falls off to 0, ramps up, drops off.
Now I know the servers are a bit jammed up right now, but taking almost 12h to download something that anywhere else would have taken me around 25 minutes or less is just asinine.
Who at Microsoft thought it would be a good idea to increase traffic 100x the normal amount, but not allocate some more servers to this endeavor?
And the amount of bugs being reported, good lord, get it together Microsoft/Asobo. I love your product, but talk about not only dropping the ball, but kicking it in your own goal while you’re at it…
