Pieter- - That may be it. I just called for the same route and it was set for a cruise altitude of 44k??? I have never set the cruise altitude in a routing. This short trip forced a huge climb that could not descend in time.
Rookie mistake. I have been trying to learn this program by trial and error, not having instructions or a teacher.
