Try launching the xbox app and check your loggin status. The simulator has been requesting that I insert a disk but if I log into the xbox app that fixes it for me.

If you are refering to the “Please insert the Microsoft Flight Simulator Game disc” message, this issue is caused by Gaming Services and Microsoft is currently investigating it.

MSFS suddenly demands a disk out of the blue when I want to start it up. I never needed nor had a disk.
