I flew last week over Anaheim and I saw Angel Stadium and Disneyland landmarks like in real life but I flew again today and it appears to be generic buildings on both places, Do you know why this happens?

Most likely photogrammetry disabled in your settings. This occurred automatically for some users last update it seems like.
