DLSS v3.1.1 released!

I tried the settings in the DLSS Ultra Quality video and it broke DLSS in 2D and VR, making all DLSS settings deliver the 0.8 scaling of Ultra Quality regardless of which setting I chose. This was verified in developer mode FPS view with all settings giving the same resultant render resolution of 0.8 times the base resolution.

To top it off, it looked worse than the settings I have for VR (220% render scale, DLSS balanced), so I backed it all out and all is good again.
