this is send at Zendesk last week 1.10…still no Support and no fix :-1:t2:

That’s reality how this system works here :wink:

Therefore I closed support, I worked very hard for Community after release day with support to Zendesk (sent many important bugs, improvement requirements) and nothing. I don’t have taste fight again and again with that reports, to infinity.

Where it shows you have an update, for the 787 for example, wha happens when you click on that? It should give you an option to download.

In that case, maybe one of many “reset” options may be of use.

The nuclear option would be to uninstall, scrub the folder to make sure there is nothing of the original install, then re-install.

Or perform a reset of the app. I don’t know off the top of my head where that option is, but if you search the forums, you will find screenshots of the relevant page.
