Do I need Premium Deluxe version to see airport traffic?

Do I need Premium Deluxe version to see airport traffic? I am currently have Xbox subscription version. I see no airplane take off or landing.

Traffic seems to be an issue for most as of late. I have Premium Deluxe and not seeing much of anything in terms of traffic either. I have Real Time Online traffic enabled. I look up real life traffic on sites like FlightAware and FlightRadar24. I will see dozens of other planes in the air and on the ground around me. I’m lucky if I see 2 in game. It wasn’t always this way. Live traffic used to be plentiful.

Thanks let me know it is not version related. I see some airplanes in the sky. But never see any airplanes on airport. e.g. EWR. I saw some people posted video on YouTube with a lot of airplanes on airport I am wandering how they got them.

Somewhere in the a Options menu you can increase the number of planes and ships you want to see at an airport or waterway, also you can choose Live Traffic by clicking in the weather window, top right at the beguining of your flight setup. I get a lot a traffic when I fly, it takes some of your fps, be aware, I have had to wait in the pattern because of traffic, I had to wait at a cross point because of traffic in the runway, etc., you also see AI planes. You also need a good internet connection. Remember to use ATC.

Assuming you mean real life’s traffic implementation by that question, I say no, you don’t. I’ve got pd yet almost no live traffic, even at major hubs, so far caught only one or two line airliners at most.

Thanks for both of you. Finally I got it. I did not see live airport activity because I always start my flight on runway. if I start on ramp I will see activities. Yes. I see landing, taking off now. Coool!
