Do we get an ATC overhaul together with the redesign of the AI Traffic System?
Very much needed. The default female voice introduced with su9 is irritating and a bug that needs fixing.
The ATC algorithm whenever a voice has to be sounded needs overhaul,
We also need more voices which can be created with pitch manipulation so no great technical issue.
Although ATC needs an overhaul, it must not mean that therefore the âdefault female pilot voiceâ bug introduced with the SU9 update should not be fixed in the meantime.
We just got a âhotfixâ that âfixedâ the ATC dropping out⊠except (as usual)⊠itâs not fixed. Now what are the chances that theyâre totally stumped on this issue but at the same time, totally capable of any kind of a complete ATC overhaul? I donât think they even know everything thatâs wrong with it.
Oddly, ATC worked BETTER on initial release and has over the last two years, slowly fallen apart.
One of my bugbears is that when flying IFR for real, ATC arenât constantly badgering to ask if you have visual contact with other traffic.
Itâs kinda the whole point of IFR
