Each and every single update, breaks the core sim, which reslults in a patch issue. It’s very, very expensive to create a plane in the first place (because of the convulated code/process this one is written in), and then twice a month, patch said aircraft because something in an update brakes my plane.

This is kind of an overstatement. Sure, updates create some incompatibilities sometimes, but it’s nowhere near extremely difficult. I mean FBW had a day-one patch.

They are waiting until the sim core and most of the ATC/ILS/NAV systems logis is set and firm.

I can understand wanting some of the ILS bugs fixed, but ATC? NAV? “Study-level” airliners most often include a custom codebase for handling NAV functionality. ATC is not relevant to aircraft development.
