The recent clouds fix was for additional then it should be for certain video cards. You can have clouds without pixel and others will appears, clouds always had pixel since release on certain clouds thickness and lights angle, not all clouds, not all the time, you can have like 1000 clouds variations and condition saw them since alpha\beta.
