The blue outline is an ambient occlusion bug for me.
I turn AO on and the ATC Towers get a blue outline around them.
I turn off AO and it goes away.
As for my cloud pixelated issue. I’m on a 1080ti on the latest Nvidia Driver.(Are we seriously still reliant on that older driver?)
