Does Navigraph Simlink work ? and AIRAC questions

Does Navigraph Simlink work with flight sim 2020?
Can we update flight sim 2020 to the latest AIRAC cycle?

Navigraph said in their update video that’d we’d be able to update the NAV data at somepoint.

Works, update it and you are going to have the option to install simlink on MSFS.
No stutters, works fine.

Great! I’ll try that now. What about being on the latest AIRAC cycle on MSFS 2020?

Navigraph works

How do you update airac in the sim with Navigraph?

you don’t update it for now.

Simlink already works in latest version as stated above. I still dream that they will add some real VRF maps (not only Open Street Maps) and ideally with VOR/NDB’s. Just to add something new to the flight sim experience with MSFS.

ok thank you that explain why Fms data manager can not find MS2020

The FMS in the Airbus and Boeing airliners does show that the sim’s AIRAC data is current (cycle 2020-09, valid to Sept 10th). I assume that new NavBlue nav data will be pushed out an an automatic update when a new cycle starts, and it appears there will be an option to update the sim nav data using Navigraph for those that subscribe to their service.

Downloading and installing the last version from Navigraph web

Ok, I’ll do. Then Fs2020 will be detected?

Yes, I just flew with Navigraph. Works perfectly. Was detected automatically.

When you install simlink it gives you the option, i dont remember very well

Ok thank you

My latest A320 AIRAC Cycle says 4May - 4Jul. Is there a way to update?

I downloaded the last fms manager and it doesn’t find FS2020. Simlink works.

Ahh, ok dude, sorry i was confused, the fmc data doesn’t work yet on MSFS only navigraph charts with the simlink.

Are you sure? Mine says May 4 to Jul 4.

There is apparently a bug in the A320 FMS, because it does indeed show May 4 to July 4, which is not a legitimate AIRAC cycle in any case.

I just loaded the 787, and I can confirm that the FMS in that aircraft does show the correct current AIRAC cycle 2020-09, which runs from August 13 to September 9
