The last dev update that was on 11/11 said 7 days in it’s opening paragraph. Also the Development Roadmap and Feedback Snapshots all list 11.18.2021.
This is a departure from previous updates that where released on a Tuesday. I have not seen any comment on the date change. Nor have I seen any comment on if the time will remain the same as before at 1500Z.
