I bought a different simulator, it had a beautiful image quality. It seemed real. And now after the patch. It is a different game.

Have you tried deleting the rolling cache? As this was advised after Patch 2.

Graphically problems now after patch are more visible at 1080p

I had something very similar, and found that for some reason my option to stream Bing satellite data was switched to “Off”. Now, I sure as hell never turned it off (I haven’t played with Options since day 2). When I turned it back on, the game was back to its former glory.
This troll has been posting the same picture in 5 different threads, as you can see from DerVirtus pictures Madrid looks amazing (I am from Madrid, I would complain if it did not).
Check Geforce Experience if you have it installed . Apparently that can “optimise” the game for you but in a bad way.
