I am not seeing the Dornier Wal in my library at all. After yesterday’s patch, I saw the DO-X which updated fine. Even before the patch, the Wal wasn’t showing up in my 2024 library. I checked and it is up to date at V0.1.6, but still not showing up as installed or not available.
Mine is gone too, along with the FW200 Condor.
Strange. I have the condor also, but it showed up in my library as 'disabled" after the patch, but I was able to enable it via “my Library” in the Marketplace and it is there.
I got them back by enabling some “packs” in my library.
I received a slew of conflicted item messages when I Enabled two packs from 2020 that were showing as disabled. I responded “enable” to those messages. I also did an Aviator Upgrade pack that gave me more messages which I just click through. I restarted the sim, and they are back.
Here we are in March and I still don’t have the Wal in 2024. Exactly which packs did you enable? I don’t have the Aviator Edition, so that might make a difference.
Personal Comments and Observations
I’m seeing the Dornier now appear in My Library as of this morning for my account, no changes on my part. It was a Yellow Notification Dot in the upper right over my account Icon.
Does anyone see the same?
I too had an issue with the Wal showing up. I did a re-install, and it now shows up, but a bug in the Cabina version that had been fixed in 2020 is back. The fuel shutoff valve setting is labeled wrong, and magnetos are off. When you set the valve correctly, manually set magnetos and use Ctrl-E to start, both problems re-set to closed and off, meaning no engine start. I read that by editing apron.flt file this can be corrected, but with the aircraft being streamed, I’m not sure this can be done. Might try and install the Dornier to HDD and see if it can then be found and edited…

Have you managed to get it started? I tried to, using a keybind for Magnetos Both, but so far couldn’t get the engines to fire up.
