Double Charged for 1 item last week, and didn't get 1 item I paid for this week!

I was charged twice for the Husky and am still waiting for this to be resolved. I had to open separate tickets with MS and Steam. This morning I just tried to purchase something else and had the purchase failed message, yet money was taken… so I need another ticket. Absolutely fed up with this. I never had a problem with Marketplace before this but I’m done with it after. I’m getting a refund out of principle but the time and hassle it is to get the refund is ridiculous!
