The issue with double taxi signs, as well as two different sizes on these, still exists after the hotfix [1.19.9.0]. I hope the smaller size will be used once there is a fix scheduled.
I will use airport LSZR as an example if anyone wants to see how strange this looks.

There is a mess with the Taxiway signs in LSZR. First they are way too big. Also there a smaller duplicates of them and its just a general mess…

Spawn at LSZR (Handcraftet version from WU6)

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
WU6 as LSZR got introduced, or after the next hotfix/update, i cant really tell. But it is like that since a long time.
Possibly introduced with SU6 (since I flew quite a bit there after WU6 and didn’t notice anything like that, I should have because I’m allergic against giant taxiway signs), confirmed.
Gaya, is aware, bug is reported and logged. We only need some patience now. 
Guess we need ALOT of patience… 
Still not fixed with the updates yesterday. 
Here we are, almost march 23 and still no fix…. 
So many WU fixes in SU12, but they are still ignoring LSZR… 
SU12 would have been the perfect time to adress this.
The issue exists since 2021.
This issue was already reported trough the official bug tracker to Gaya a looong time ago.
Little update from the current Beta… its not good news.
After 2 years since these reports here, they came up with the “Fix”. This is the Fix:
Yes, the Taxisigns are as bis as a C172. 
Great Job Gaya 
Or whoever attempted to fix it.
I give up, i will use the community fix on fs.to or make my own.
