Download an entire state as Manual Cache

Does anyone download huge swaths of land as a manual cache? Can they be shared between use accounts?

This may be interesting as a vote item in the wish list area.
My suggestion would be to be able to choose the size of the area for each of the qualities.
In certain areas I would like very high quality but to use the size of area that the low quality allows.

The manual cache is only for those with a very slow internet speed. If you get over 50 Mbps, you do not need to mess with the cache.
