Hi. I have been having a bad time again with msfs2020 install.
It all started when i upgraded my sons hd to a 2tb as msfs had used all of the 1 tb drive.
Using the xbox app i tried to move the msfs installation to the new drive. It didnt go well, it moved the 2gb installation over and deleted everything else.
So i started msfs and tried to install the mandatory files which kept failing, deleted the installation completely and started again from scratch.
Back to the mandatory files update that has been going upto 10% and droping back to 7% continuously for 10 hours now. Stuck in a loop?
I really dont know why i have this amount of trouble installing this game?
Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks i did search thru some old threads. Seemed nothing was working.
I have deleted several folders across 4 hds and it was still the same.
Then i realised msfs was downloading the content to a tempory folder on drive C: a drive that had only 300mb of free space. Changed the path to the new drive and now its making progress, slow but progress.
Anyone having this trouble in the future, using the xbox app on pc. Even though you install the game to drive D for example, the game downloads content to the default drive for some reason. In my case drive C.
