With my digital download, I install the program, download 107Gb of data and then the free update starts. Halfway through, it freezes and becomes unresponsive, then crashes. Every time, in the same place.
I have an inadequate graphics card, but can anyone tell me, does this affect the download and install?
I’ve tried everything, several times. Always the same. I know I need a good card to actually run the program but I was hoping to get that after I’d installed it.
