ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: after installing SU5 I had many updates on my library and I wanted to update them. But unfortunatelly I marked them all, pressed download so everything started to download which was not my intention. I marked them all again and pressed pause and then cancel download but that doesn’t work. It remains in the stop position and after each start of MSFS2024 the downloads continue. So the only thing I can do is pausing them.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION
“Cancel” button pauses active downloads in My Library instead of canceling them.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
Everytime
REPRODUCTION STEPS

Start some downloads of the Base Content in My Libarary.

Try canceling all of them by selecting Base Content and clicking “Cancel”.

Downloads are paused instead of canceled. “Cancel” behaves similar to “Pause”.

Restart the sim, downloads will be continued.

How can I stop this???
Seems you need to download them all and then cancel all.
This is a nightmare, Esp. those with slower connections! My sim wants to download everything! 
Stupid me did the same…. 719 Downloads in cue…

After leaving it downloading all night, I now have a couple of updates that say they are downloading but sadly they are not!
Yes, there is such a bug.
To cancel you need to download and then cancel.
This is heavy due to the slow connection and the almost 350 gb download 
I had similar issue and ended up uninstalling game ,deleting all folders on drives were MSFS is installed and reinstalled game again. Waste of time i know.
I had the same problem and solved it within 5 minutes. The problem is that you can cancel the download, but FS2024 does not clean up the temporary files that have been downloaded. Even if you quit FS2024 and restart it, the download continues. You can stop it permanently by doing the following: Exit FS2024 and go to your ..\Official2024\Onestore folder and delete all the folders ending up with -temp; also delete the .fscontent folder. When you restart FS2024 the download will have stopped.
