I don’t think this is a problem per se, but it is curious and I cannot for the life of me figure out why. . .
Note that I have a RX 6800 GPU with 16 gigs of VRAM and I’m stupid enough to have the frame rate dialog open while I’m doing various things.
I am downloading a couple of aircraft via the “Content Manager” and the darnedest thing - the Frame Rate goes solid red and shows “Limited by GPU”.

OK, I give up beat. Will someone please explain how a download via the content manager can possibly hope to slam the GPU???
CPU, 'eh? - but maybe.
Network? Possibly.
I/O? Could happen.
The GRAPHICS processor? Are you KIDDING?!! ![]()
I’m stumped.

P.S.
While the download is running, if I switch to any other screen, the frame rate dialog settles down. It’s only the Content Manager that pegs it. I don’t know if it ALWAYS pegs it, or just during downloads, but it’s screwy IMHO. . .
P.P.S.
Maybe, just maybe, the way they have the progress-bar coded it’s sitting in “getAnimationFrame()” and looping a zillion times a second? Dunno.
