Description of the issue:
There is no option to adjust fuel level in the EFB W+B menu like many other aircraft (I checked the C152, G36, and DHC-2 which all have a fuel option, but also their own problems).
I assume that this isn’t the only plane effected, and in checking this I noticed that the Passenger and Cargo pages often have broken layouts with the dots randomly placed or overlapping. A pass through all W+B pages for aircraft might be in order.

This isn’t user error, it’s a missing feature in that plane’s EFB that is there for every other aircraft I checked. The menu that you posted can be used before loading in to a flight or in career mode, but as far as I know the EFB is the only way to precisely manage fuel state once you are in the sim, and is the only way to fuel / defuel when landing at airports along your route.
