Definitely not.
Needed higher breakaway thrust and had to hold 23% N1 on Fenix A320 to keep it moving at wet EGPD, yet no such issues at dry EGLL.
(I forgot to try the trick of turning user aircraft’s anti–ice on when taxiing in the wet).
