FYI, The tree’s setting seems to have a direct impact on draw distance, setting it to ultra resolved all my issues with scenery loading in at stupidly close range
This only worked to a certain degree with me. I noticed last night that trees sometimes still pop in and then pop out as I get closer. This is certainly something they will work on.
Sebastian Wloch said in yesterday’s Q&A that they found that drawing far-away objects has little performance impact and that they’re going to increase it. (He also spoke of a slider, but I don’t know which one that is supposed to be.)
