Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it?
No.
Brief description of the issue:
Dreamliner left engine won’t start, not even with Ctrl-E (Auto start). AI pilot can get it to start, but when AI pilot is turned off after take off, left engine dies.
Had no problem the night before. Only difference was that I decided to go to bed and thought it’d be fun to turn the engines off mid-flight and crash in to the ocean.
Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
Current build as of 15th March 2022.
I have no mods running except a bonaza G36 improvement project.
I’m not sure what you mean by no mods running, however, ensure the Community folder is empty, no links, no addon liveries, perfectly empty.
Uninstall any MS Store purchases, and do not run any 3rd party plug-ins, such as Little Nav Map, etc.
Try sim.
If the problem persists, delete the “Asobo-aircraft-b787-10” folder from the Official-One Store folder, and start the sim.
The sim will redownload a fresh version of that folder.
Try sim again.
Keep in touch!

FWIW… I had a problem somewhat similar except with a different aircraft. For some unknown reason, I could not get the electrical system to work. The engines worked fine so I could take off and fly but couldn’t find the problem with the electrical system.
When I enabled the AI co-pilot, he turned on the electrical system and everything was working fine. When I turned off the AI co-pilot, the electrical system shut off. Enabling the AI copilot and the electrical system came back on. This was VERY strange! I spent several days going through everything!
The last thing I had changed before this problem started was the configuration changes for the Bravo throttle keybindings. Fortunately I kept the previous configuration. When I installed it, everything worked fine! I enabled the new keybinding configuration and the problem started happening again. I restored the older configuration so I could get back to flying.
I didn’t try finding out why the new configuration caused my problem…
I was very puzzled why a keybinding for a Bravo configuration could disable the electrical system. I was puzzled that the AI copilot could somehow “fix” the problem… Apparently when the AI copilot is engaged certain keybindings are either bypasses or disabled.
Check your configuration profiles for your controllers especially if you’ve made any recent changes.

Community folder is empty
Where would I find that folder?
If you installed in the default path, the folder in an MS Store installation is located here:
C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Official\OneStore
xxxxx= your user name
