Brief description of the issue:
Drone camera feature “Set Drone Target” does not work. Clicking the default Xbox Controller binding (X+LS) has no discernible function. Mapping a keyboard shortcut to this feature also does not work. According to description it should lock onto the object in the center of the frame.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
- Spawn into a busy airport with many users online (e.g. EDDF @West Europe Server)
- Switch to Drone mode
- Move drone camera to other users.
- Use "Set Drone Targetˇ with other user’s airplane in the middle of the screen (distance doesn’t seem to matter)
(Lock Mode functionality does not seem to affect this behavior)
PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:
Relevant specs: Xbox Series X Controller with latest firmware updates (issue persisted with previous firmware and an Xbox One controller)
