DX12 Not activating…SU10

I set to DX12 apply/save then restart to take effect but upon restart it is back to DX11. :confused:

I have a high end PC with 64 gigs ram a 3090 gpu and intel i7

Any help sure is appreciated

I had the same problem and what fixed it was unticking the read only box in the config.opt file.
