PBO tuning will allow your CPU to run at higher clock speeds for longer due to running a bit cooler. Let’s apply it to your system and ask the following questions:

Does your CPU run excessively hot and thermal throttle often?
If yes, it might be an incentive to play with PBO. (of course there are other benefits of having your components run as cool as possible) -
MainThread or RdrThread limited?
If you had trouble shifting your system from MainThread limited to RdrThread limited, then use PBO to squeeze the last bit out of your processor.
Some things to double check;
Make sure you’ve got the latest bios installed for you motherbord. Most recent AM4 motherbord updates had specific optimization’s for the 58003XD
