Dynamic vehicles drive under Helgeland Bridge

Brief description of the issue: Dynamic vehicles drive UNDER the Helgeland Bridge in Northern Norway (new Noridc scenery). Also, when flying under the bridge, I crash into it.

All vehicles currently drive under handcrafted bridges. It’s a known defect globally in the sim. There needs to be more work done on what the traffic should consider a valid surface.
