Good morning all.
I’ve been piloting the E330LT twice to walk along the French coast. Each time after 1 hour of flight, my plane has its engines which cut completely for no valid reason. My fuel was 70%, everything was in the green, and I was flying straight at 1000ft altitude above the sea. Is this a bug? I only have this problem with this plane for no valid reason …
did you switch fuel tanks?
is it necessary to change the fuel tank? I haven’t touched anything, having 70% fuel yet. Did I make a mistake while touching nothing?
It is not “uncommon” for any plane in MSFS to experience this.
Most times (not always) it is a result of a mod conflict.
If you have anything in your community folder, I would remove them for now and try the sim
yes, it is.
It’s on the right side of the cockpit:
as you can see there’s 67 L in the center tank, and 120 L in the wing tanks.
If you were flying on the center tank only, you only have a bit more than 1/3rd of your total fuel available. Pretty close to the 70% left you were seeing.
edit;
if you look at the weight & balance page, it’s even worse;
30 gallons in the wings, 10 in the center tank, so there you have only 25% of the fuel in the center tank.
Not sure what the default tank selection is on startup.
indeed it seems that the problem comes from there! Thank you for the information.
Good to hear, enjoy flying.
