Each MSFS launch starts from settings sequence

I have game pass version from MS Store installed since august.
Yesterday I played well and ended the game as usual without errors. Today the game refuses to launch normally. On each start it welcomes with accessibility settings and then goes through a block of settings including graphics, difficulty, etc. Thats unacceptable as there are ton of settings that I need to set for myself.
Also it does save controllers settings, rollingcache settings, dev mode…
Tried deleting MSFS and wiping whole settings folder in Appdata/Packages.
Any advice please?
