This is an “interesting” bug. Occasionally the SIDs and STARs are gone. But most of the time they are available. Not sure what causes this on/off switch. I tried msfs2024 - and suggest that you would want to wait for the next couple of bug releases. Missing SIDs will be your smallest problem in msfs2024.
