ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
When adding Apps to the EFB the order in which they are added is not being respected in the Favorites bar of the EFB. Additionally, the six dots to the left of the App’s name in the list would seem to be a handle to grab to drag the app into the position you want it sorted, but that is non-op. Primarily, the issue here is there is, apparently, no way to control the sort order of the Apps in the Favorites bar.
[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
Yes (I know it is clear I have add-ons installed in the screenshot; I’ve tried both ways.)

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Open EFB
- Remove all apps from Favorites
- Add apps in desired order
- Note they do not sort in desired order in Favorites bar
- Additionally, try to drag their order in the EFB via the six-dot handle and note no action
