ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: The EFB shows an error next to Cruise Altitude (FL 410) for the PC-24 saying the cruise altitude cannot be reached. This is new behavior after updating to 1.4.11 this morning.

If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue: PC-24

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
Yes

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? Every time on sim load

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

1.Start cold & dark at KMDW
2. Set flight plan (or load one that already exists with an altitude of FL 410)
3. The error should appear. In this case any altitude seems to be enough to trigger the error. I tried both FL and Feet, down to 1 FT and still had the error.

Even at FL450 the error appears

Moved to #su-msfs2024:su-aircraft-systems since OP mentioned to be a new behaviour in SU2 v1.4.11.0.

This is because there is no performance data that has been filled out, so the computer cannot determine if the cruise altitude can be reached.

You can either fill out the performance tables (if you want to, by expanding the performance area of the route page) or you can safely ignore this warning if you don’t want to confirm your cruise altitude against performance data.

I’ve tried to do that, and the red boxes are easy to fill out but some others are not so easy, like the gph on climb. And if you only fill out the red boxes the warning persists.

Also, I could make the effort to look after all those data on the Internet and fill the boxes out, but if I need to fill them out in each filght then that’s no solution. Once filled out the system should reuse the data until I change them. I fly a lot with this plane.

If you’re confident in your plan, the warning is just that, a warning, but does not affect any ability to plan the rest of your flight or synchronize the flight plan to ATC or avionics.

This is a good piece of feedback for sure; not totally sure how we would correlate those things, but we can look at how we can make this possible for the next sim update.
