The EFB sometimes gets stuck on the flight plan that was flown before.
User has no option to alter the flight plan. There is no button to cancel, the one for loading a plan does not work. If you start a mission, expecting to be able to change the plan while in the aircraft - you’re wrong. The game senses that you are too far from the mission routing and - you have failed…
Had this in Pilatus 12, Cessna 408, Boeing 737, so - I believe this is common.
By the way, some missions in the career mode are made between the airports, that are not available in the FS Flight planer, so the tool (generally very nice) is not a help in creating the decent plan.
