EFB - Not showing procedures or transitions

Description of the issue:

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

1. Add Departure, only Direct and VFR Ptrn listed for all and any airports
2. Transition states no procedures slected. This is for Arrival and Departure AIrports
3. When loading from Simbrief on my computer the same thing.

Happens every time 100% of the time when doing flightseeing missions
Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
• When starting a flightseeing mission, the nav directions show normal, everything is normal. As soon as I actually enter the plane the nav-points get deleted and changed making the mission unable to be finished. This happens on every flightseeing mission. 100% of the time.

EDIT FOR MODS:

Feel free to delete this report (I tried and can’t). Just checked again since I was troubleshooting the other bug I reported the same day and now the EFB shows the procedures, so not sure what happened. Maybe I did something wrong, or something got fixed on cloud side, no idea.

If I find it again will report, but the example in this report now works so it’s of no use. I’d need to find another airports with procedures but no LIDO chart in the sim and check the differences between planner and EFB, etc., for this report to be valid, and that will take time.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

The EFB in MSFS2024 doesn’t show procedures and ILS frequencies for airports that do have these procedures and navaids.

These procedures are actually available at planner.flightsimulator.com, but are not shown in the EFB

While I’m just showing one example, this happens for a lot of airports.

Not applicable

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?

Community is empty and no addons.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

Every time

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

1. Open MSFS 2024, open the EFB, look for SADF
2. Check the procedures, arrivals, and they’re empty
3. Go to planner.flightsimulator.com
4. Look for SADF and check the arrival procedures, you should have at least 4 procedures: ILS 05 Y Transition TRINI, ILS 05 Z Transition TRINI, LOC 05 Y Transition TRINI and RNP 05 Transition TRINI
