ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
Traffic aircraft look like they are flying backwards and sideways on the EFB unless you use “North Up” orientation mode
If you use Heading up, or Track Up, the indicator showing the traffic direction is *in relation to the north up display, and they are not rotated to match the heading or track of the aircraft
If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:
All that have an EFB in cockpit
[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Find location that has a lot of traffic, AI or player, does not matter
- look at EFB with orentation mode set to north up
- Look at how aircraft move and how the aircraft point the direction they are going
- turn your aircraft nose to point south for maximum effect, anything except north
- Change EFB to Heading Up
- Watch same aircraft, they aill be moving backwards in relation to the direction the aircraft is moving
- Change to Track Up same issue

Heading up (facing south in this image) Aircraft over water and bottom right again are now not facing correct direction
Close up an aircraft using Heading and Tracking up while facing South
The aircraft is flying “North East” but the aircraft orientation only is correct in North up mode, it needs to be rotated to match the screen orientation
