EGCC weird spawn 23R requested but you spawn into 23L

EGCC (inibuilds) if you are selecting to spawning in straight onto 23R you get spawned in at 23L is this an Ini issue or MSFS2024 issue? I’ve tried it on many different aircraft and they all do it ? msfs-2024

Go to Assistance settings and turn ON ATC enforce flight plan - save changes.
