Brief description of the issue:
A cold and dark start is not working with a 747 on Heavy Terminal G6 (EHAM). After the pushback your stuck in the ground. You can apply full power and you see the speed increasing (see screenshot), but nothing is happening. Not sure if this is related to the plane or the airfield (which is below sea level).

Did it again, same result.
I also used the warp function from MSFS to move me to the takeoff position, but this didn’t resolve it. After the bug in the beginning it was replicated to the runway. See the second screenshot. Applied full power, i see the airspeed increasing but the plane won’t move at all
