I’m kinda starting to suspect that it’s not that they aren’t fixing this because they don’t want to or don’t care enough, I think it might be because they can’t. This same bug can be triggered in FSX and earlier ACES engine sims by setting up the repeat rate incorrectly in controls (an option that was omitted from MSFS). It might be being set to the wrong value deep down internally, somewhere inside the bowels of the input logic. Same place the framerate-coupled scroll wheel logic is, presumably.
