Finally got planes to load via VPN but I’ve got no engine sounds. All other sounds appear to be present and the volumes are correct. Anyone else have the same issue?

Not the same for me. I only have one MSFS 2024 on my sound menu. I can hear the external ambient sounds when close to the ground. I can hear my mouse clicks in the menu and apparently every other sound apart from engine sound (internal or external) or any type of aircraft sound such as cockpit switches, tyre noise etc.
I set my windows sound settings to speakers for sound and my headset to communication. Then in 2024 I set sound and comms both to default. Seems to work for me and I get engine and switch sound now.
Having this today for the first time (3rd flight with FS2024).
A400M flight - all sounds except engine sounds loaded.

5700x3d, NVidia 3080, 32gb ram, 2tb SSD. Sound played through TCL TV.

All other sounds seem to be working. Music was playing on load. Wind noise can be heard. Only engine and prop sounds are missing.
The sounds were working on my previous last night on the cub, but I have a feeling this is an issue where the sounds have failed to stream in.
