There is no standard cooling. The CPU is sold without a cooler. You can buy a good cooler for around 50$. 100-150$ would be very good. 200$ is premium to the point of vanishing returns. Also if your whole case is not ventilated properly and/or you’re in a hot room it will not help much.
AIO’s are better because they blow air out of the case. You can buy a really good one for ~150$, like DEEPCOOL LT720.
edit: Just saw it’s a pre-built PC. I don’t know the cooler brand. It’s probably something generic (produced in China under 50 brands). Could be good, could be not, hard to say. Popular brands are Noctua, Cooler Master, BE QUIET!, Thermalright, DeepCool, Zalman, … Never heard of “Systemtreff ITS-Kubus”.
Maybe consider a RTX3080Ti instead of 3080. They’re older generation and the prices should be close. If not in the shop you’re looking at try somewhere else. The performance difference is quite big. The 3080Ti is basically a 3090 with less RAM. I had a 3080, now I have a 3080Ti and I can tell you it’s a big difference.
On the 3080 I had around 40fps in 4k. On the 4080Ti I have around 60. No DLSS etc., it ruins cockpit clarity.
