I recently upgraded to a 5800X3D. It works perfectly with my HP V10 RAM (3600/CAS14)
I use XMP-2, which this RAM supports. Not all RAM does, and if not, I think XMP-1 would be sufficient.
I like your motherboard choice. I have an MSI B550-A Pro, and it’s been a good, inexpensive choice. It doesn’t have WiFi built in, but that was easy to remedy with an added PCIe card.
