I don‘t know Systemtreff either. But they save on the mainboard so you can be almost sure they save on other things, too. Thermal paste is a typical thing, coolers, no idea if a gigabyte PSU is good and why use 3200 MHz Ram with a 5800x3D?
The PC looks to me like it‘s supposed to look good by the main components but is still meant to stay clearly below 2000€.
If I was asked I‘d recommend a better main board, Ram at 3600MHz, an RTX4080 and Be Quiet! cooling and PSU. X3D and 4080 is the jackpot. I think you won‘t be happy with the 3080 in the long run, development goes forward.
