Error when importing controller profiles

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

I just messed up my “General Control” profile and wanted to import it again from my local backup. Unfortunately, I’m getting the error message shown in the screenshot. I’ve tried several times without success. Name of the profiles are 2ORION 2 Allg, All Aircraft and Bravon Gen. All Aircraft.

I also deleted the default MSFS 2024 Transversal Profiles for my Honeycomb Bravo and TM TPR Pedals. How do I get them back?

Would be nice to get support for solving this issue.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. I deleted the old profile. from a local backup and tried to import it.

  2. from a local backup and tried to import hte fully configured profile.

  3. The import error occurs with all connected controllers: Honeycomb Bravo, Winctrl Orion 2 Max, and TM TPR pedals.

I too am having issues with importing and exporting control profiles. MSFS24 v1.7.27.0 freezes and I have to exit sim from Task Manager every time I try to use Import/Export. Both the General Profile and the Aircraft profiles of the AY210, and the MTQ get messed up when using the controls icon from the MSFS24 tool bar.

Same thing happens when I try to Quit to desktop. I have tried removing everything from community folder, also uninstalled MSFS24 and reinstalled it on a different drive to no avail.

My PC: Windows 11 Pro 25H2, DX12, i9-14900K**,** RTX 5090, NVidia Driver 596.36, 64G RAM, Peripherals: Moza AY210, MFY Yoke, MTQ Throttle, Thrustmaster Airbus throttle.
