Establishing of a flight plan

I should like that it is said to me the most simply as possible, how to establish a flight plan. Where can I find that ?

Excuse me, I omitted to specify with 747-8 intercontinental.

From the world map.

Select a departure and arrival airport, and select ‘high altitude airways’ in the top left. It should generate a flight plan, and load it into the plane automatically when you click ‘Fly’.
