The fuel pumps don’t work as they should be, with XFER Pumps on, the pumps don’t use the main fuel tank and you run out of fuel really fast.
Yes, I have this same issue. I thought it was a me issue. Something I missed in start up, but I followed every step carefully and still the tanks run out in five minutes!
Confirm, reproduceable Issue
Seems nobody ever bothered to fly a complete mission during testing.
I just emergency landed (autorotation) with “142Gal” in main tank and both supply tanks empty…
Both engines stopped. There is no way starting the EC135 and continue my flight.
Joined the Microsoft group flight with community manager SeedyL3205 and noticed my fuel calculation was rubbish and decided taking later a look where i went wrong.
The solution was my fuel calculation was perfect but found the bug in the EC135.
Normally this helicopter uses from the main tank and gravity take care the left and right supply tank fills the main fuel tank. Same as the freebie Airbus H135 from FS2020 what worked perfectly.

Dear creator: Let the EC135 make use of main tank and make sure left and right supply tank automatically fill the main fuel tank.

I had the same problem using the Eurocopter on a search and rescue mission. During the return flight to the airport after completing the rescue I missed the low fuel warning on the 1st and 2nd try same mission. Crash landed on a mountain in the trees 1st time 2nd time I quit. I thought it might be a mission bug. I chose a different one. I was paying attention this time and caught the low fuel warning but couldn’t figure out how to fix it still had 86% fuel left.
In Beta 4, the fuel issue is now fixed; it now draws fuel from the main tank. They also seem to have corrected some of the trim, making it easier to trim the rotor. But now the problem is that two HYD PRESS lights stay on every time you start the engine, but everything works fine, and there are no issues with the controls.
Maybe you should open a new topic in the SU4 Beta Forum too and explain the new bug

Will come with SU4. Thats sadly normal for Asobo/MSFS default Aircraft updates.

That’s the standard for MSFS2024 it seems.
They should “ignore” career players posting tickets with wrong (or less imported) issues and take true flightsimmers more seriously. These are the players who have spent years knowing certain aircraft inside and out like myself.
Started in FSX flying the missions “Apple mission (with beech Baron) or Space shuttle mission (with King Air) for example. Ever since my favorites in every flight sim and even bought the King Air350i study level ( Carenado / Airfoillabs ).
I appreciate Microsoft’s and Asobo’s work and love the “make good airplanes” they share, but honestly all we really want (for Christmas) is a good working sim/airplanes. Even with less models in the hangar.
My advice to Microsoft/Asobo will be:
- Before you release a airplane be sure you do a “Cold and Dark” start
- Fly the airplane/helicopter (all assist off) and see if the reach the speeds
- Land the airplane (with flaps official speeds)
- Shut down procedure airplane/helicopter
If all 4 points are working properly a release from a airplane / helicopter is approved.

So SU4 was more downgrade as upgrade…

I think so. I can see that it draws from Center tank first and then (when empty) switches to side tanks.
