Unfortunately, the quick answer to your question is no.

You can turn on Windows 10 Error reporting to get larger dump files, but those files are only useful to the developers. There is an app in the MS Store that will read them called “WinDbg Preview” but they are mostly “debugging” which requires the source code. However, these dump files may be uploaded via zendesk.

There’s 2 types of these dump files: memory dumps and application dump (which is the one you want for MSFS). This goes to:
C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\CrashDumps\

The file name will be related to Microsoft Flight Simulator and a .dmp extension.
