If it’s modelled, all you do is push it. If you push the button and it doesn’t do anything, it’s probably not modelled.

You can always just do it manually, ie for descent select M0.80 / 340 for the speed and OPN DES, thrust will go to idle automatically. For the climb, set the speed to green dot.
